Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing to bring a piece of my handmade ceramics into your home. Each creation is crafted with passion, and carries the touch of handmade quality. I want you to be delighted with your purchase, understanding that my products may carry the charming imperfections that come with the human touch.

I’m running a small business. As such, I ask that you make thoughtful purchases to avoid the need to return or exchange anything.

Please note that all international orders (to countries outside the Netherlands) are considered final purchase and are not eligible for returns, unless there is a fault with the item.

Return window

If, for any reason, you find yourself wishing to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

Simply send an email to info@charlottevankarnenbeek.nl stating your intention to return the item. Kindly include your order number and the reason for the return.

Conditions for return

For a full refund, please ensure the item is returned in the same condition as it was sent. I understand accidents happen, but any damage incurred post-delivery will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund

Upon receiving the returned item, I will inspect it to ensure it meets my return conditions. Once approved, I will initiate a refund for the purchase amount, including the initial shipping costs and process any refund due to you within 30 days of receiving your request.

Return costs

While I cover the shipping costs for the original delivery, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. I recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
